I am a male, mid sixties and recently diagnosed with much dampness. I have been advise to stop drinking all kinds of tea, dairy products,etc.

I am rather confused, some blogs on TCM say that green tea is actually good for dampness !!!

Please let me have your professional advices and also recommend any supplements for spleen strengthening so that I could balance between enjoy eating my favorite tea and other foods without causing dampness to my system.

Green tea has a function of diuretic and digestive which help our body to remove some of the dampness.

You can take Digest-Plus Powder (海鷗健胃保健粉) which good for strengthening the spleen and stomach to achieve the better result of disinhibiting dampness and fortifying the spleen.
