3.Strategi untuk menguruskan masalah kekurangan berat badan ialah dengan meningkatkan pengambilan makanan yang memberi tenaga dan makanan tinggi kalori seperti daging, ikan dan manisan. Selain daripada mengamalkan pemakanan 3 kali sehari, anda boleh menambah bilangan pemakanan sebanyak 1 atau 2 kali. Contohnya anda boleh mengamalkan tabiat pemakanan minum petang.

SLE adalah sejenis penyakit yang berlaku akibat kecelaruan sistem ketahanan tubuh yang membabitkan pelbagai organ. Pada peringkat awal gejala penyakit adalah tidak banyak dan kurang jelas, malah pada peringkat akhir gejala penyakit seperti masalah kulit, demam yang tidak tentu, sakit sendi atau bengkak sendi serta kerosakan organ terutamanya jantung dan buah pinggang, akan berlaku.

I am a Chinese residing in the Philippines.
2 days ago, my 7 yr old. daughter woke up to see a very big red hard hot patch of skin near the folds of her arms, she felt pain and itch at the same time. I saw a small hole in the middle, could it be an insect bite? I guess it shouldn’t be from a mosquito. I’ve used bactroban, and lidex cream, but it didn’t subside. Someone advised me to use Pien tze huang cream on her. Will it help.

Your daughter can try to consume ‘Pien Tze Huang’, it is used to clear away heat, detoxification and it is helpful in flare problem.

Dear Doc,
I need some advice from you. I have been married for 4 years. I am not 29 years old. I was trying to conceive for the past 2.5 years but fail. I got to know that I have a cyst on my left ovary. But my gyne was unsure what kind of cyst i am having unless i go for operation to see it. They suspect it is Endometriosis, Sometimes they suspect is PCOS. i get confuse too. I have been seeing 4 Western Gyne and 4 Tabib to get myself conceived. I understand they cyst will be cured once i am pregnant but the problem is, with the Cyst make me hard to conceive also.
I have tried everything i could. Go for accupuncture, go for reflexology, take any supplement, go for HSG, and etc and also has take CLOMID for more than 6 cycles already which now my gyne ask me to give up and just go for IVF. with Clomid, my ovary manage to release the Eggs, which do help me to conceive. I think i success to conceived twice but the fetus is so unstable, it discharged after 3 weeks later with a big blood clod. I did verify with my GP and she say it could be the fetus. It seem to me even thought i can conceived but the fetus might have problem to stay in my womb.
Nowadays my period is very little. Just 1 day or 2 which usually should be 5days. I am getting worry with my body. I am not sure what is happening.
Every now and then i stil feel pain sometime on my left ovary, sometime on my right ovary. I do wonder, should i actually go for the operation to remove the cyst or not but according to my gyne no point of removing it because it will return (happen to my friend) but with the Cyst make me hard to get conceived. I just wish to have 1 baby only. Could you please advice, what else i can do and i should do.. thank you very much.
I am really blank and tired. Most of the Gyne dont want to attend to me anymore. They ask me just dont waste my time and money, just go straight for IVF which is too costly and no guarantee succees.
So right now i did nothing at all. I really could use some advice and guide.
I am trying to make myself healty. Please tell me what kind of supplement i should take to make myself fertile and healty again?

I am a 31yrs old female having problem with endometriosis. I had a cysts removed from my right ovary 6 yrs ago followed by 6 months hormonal therapy to supress the cysts. Shortly after, I managed to get pregnant with my first child. Following to that, I have been trying to get pregnant again but were not fortunate. My mother is 71 years old. 4 months ago she was found to have stroke. She has been having high blood pressure for 35 years and diabetic for 10 years. She takes medicine regularly. After I gave my second daugther, I have low period problem. Per month 2 days only and its very low. I feel that’s cause of my weight gain 60kg to 80kg.
